Hi all! My name is Nikki and I’m the creator of Defined by Nikki. I live in a small rural town in Connecticut with my boyfriend Drew, and two cats, Dax and Metro. This blog is going to host a lot of my ideas on lifestyle, spirituality, sexuality, positivity, personal growth, health, fitness, and so much more. I’m not a professional lifestyle coach, I don’t have all the answers, and I certainly do not pretend to live in a perfect and happy existence 24/7. This is, however, my life and this blog is written to illustrate how I view the world. This is the definition of my life.
